The Department of School Education conducted Athletic and Department Sports Meet for the academic year 2024-25.

Ideal Jawa Rotary School, Mysore is proud to announce the following winners of our School :

1. Under-17 Girls Basketball team participated in District-level Tournament, and have got 2^nd Place (Runners) on 27^th August 2024 at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan School, Mysore; and they have been qualified to Divisional-level.

3. Under-14 Boys Basketball team participated in District-level Tournament, and have got 1^st Place (Winners) on 27^th August 2024 at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan School, Mysore; and they have been qualified to Divisional-level.

Also, Under-14 Boys Basketball team participated in Divisional-level Basketball Tournament, and have got 2^nd Place (Runners) on 23^rd September 2024 at Mandya District stadium; and they have been qualified to State-level.

And, Under-14 Boys Basketball team participated in State-level Basketball Tournament, and have got 2^nd Place (Runners) from 6^th to 8^th October 2024 at Mallasajjan English Medium School, Dharwad District; and they have been qualified to National-level.

7. Under-14 Boys Yoga team participated in District-level Tournament, and have got  1^st Place (Winners) on 11^th September 2024 at Baden Powell School, Mysore; and they have been qualified to Divisional-level.

8. Under-14 Boys Kho-kho team participated in Inter-Zonal-level Tournament, and have got 1^st Place (Winners) in September 2024 at Cauvery School, Mysore; and they have been qualified to District-level.

9. Under-17 Boys & Girls Cricket players participated in Divisional-level Tournament, and have got 1^st Place (Winners) in September 2024 at Udupi District; and they have been qualified to State-level at Belgaum.

Under-14 Boys- Ajay Pruthvi Raj M L, Athlete (triathlon-C 60m, 600m, Long-jump) participated in Andhra Pradesh Athletics Associations that had conducted 35^th South Zone Junior Athletic Championship 2024 from 18^th to 20^th October 2024 at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Gunturu, Andhra Pradesh, has got 4^th Place and has been qualified to All India Level Junior Championship at Assam.

Prathibha Karanji is an innovative initiative that offers a platform for students to showcase their talents in cultural and literary competitions. These competitions are conducted at various levels—cluster, block, district, and state—providing students with opportunities to excel. Certificates of appreciation and prizes are awarded to successful participants, with select students advancing to the next level of competition.

At the Cluster Level competitions held at Avila Convent, our school students demonstrated outstanding performance. A total of 14 students won individual prizes, along with two group events securing top positions. Among these, 5 students and our Qawwali group have been selected to participate in the Block Level competitions.

Ideal Jawa Rotary School won the OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIP FOR the U-17 Girls Category

Classmate group conducted the all-rounder competition in different levels .4 students' from our school are selected for city level .Divya Daivgna and Shamith G Rao selected for fitness round.4 Winners are selected for National level from each Zone.Shamith is one of the winner for southern zone and as won ₹10000 cash prize among 4(one from Mysuru,one from Mangalore,2 from Coimbatore ) and he attended National level competition in Delhi from 21st January to 23rd January 2024.
