Ideal Jawa Rotary School had organized an Orientation Program in the month of May 2023 for parents from Pre KG to grade 10 for the academic year 2023-24 in different sessions. Our students took an active role to be the panelist to brief the parents about the new school timings, rules and regulations, attire, birthday celebrations and discipline in the school campus. Our Principal Ms. Shilpa Prashanth interacted with the parents and cleared all their doubts.
On 05.06.2023 Ideal Jawa Rotary School commemorated World Environment day in the school premises. There were many activities conducted in school which had the complete involvement of the students.
The preparation was started prior to the celebration day. Three activities were conducted, grades 1 and 2 planted seed, grades 3 to 7 made seed balls and grades 8 and 9 watered the plants in school.
On this occasion, the IJRS family adopted a python snake.

Different yoga sessions were conducted for the parents, students and the staff members of IDEAL JAWA ROTARY SCHOOL, JLB road, Mysore.
Online session was conducted for the parents from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. through Google meet.
More than 1550 Students of all the grades performed different asanas in the school premises.
The teaching and non-teaching staff members also performed yoga at school.

Amidst the sea of our school’s vibrant house colors, we also made a point to celebrate academic excellence. The SSLC Toppers for the academic year 2022-23 were honored for their stellar performance, a testament to the potent blend of determination and hard work. Their success is a beacon that guides the footsteps of their peers towards the pinnacle of achievement.

Commemorating the remarkable legacy of our late founder, Shiela F. Irani, on her 101st birth anniversary, we at Ideal Jawa Rotary School celebrated our Founder’s Day with profound respect and gratitude. We were honoured to have the esteemed presence of our chairman RTN. Manohara MCS, honorary secretary RTN. Chetan Vishwanath, Hon. Treasurer Rtn Ebby Eapen, School Principal Shilpa Prashanth, RTN. Ramachandra Raje Urs, and Prof. Jacob Chandy to inaugurate the ceremony.
In addition to this, we took the time to celebrate the illustrious careers of Ms. Geetha Raj & Belinda as they retire, leaving behind an indelible impact on the school’s legacy.
On this significant occasion, we proudly launched our new school website, a testament to our commitment towards integrating technology with education.

Doctors Day celebrates the doctors and healthcare workers who have
been serving the people by risking their lives. In order to salute the never-ending sprit of our health care providers who have turned POSSIBILITIES into MIRACLE, Ideal Jawa Rotary School celebrated Doctors Day. The day was celebrated to create awareness among the students about the invaluable contribution of doctors towards serving mankind with a warm welcome from our little wonder
Bandhavi of UKG and a Role play to express gratitude towards all the doctors. Renowned Neuro specialists Dr. Suhas Murali, Dr. Mohammed Ataulla Shariff and Dr. Adeeb Mohammed Hussain led the program towards a great success. We thank all the Doctors who are serving the nation. There are many sacrifices and lots of hard works to go into becoming a successful Doctor. We the family of IJRS wish a very good luck to all the Doctors across the globe.

On December 21, 2024, Ideal Jawa Rotary School celebrated its much-awaited Annual Day, Euphoria, at Kalamandir. The event was a spectacular showcase of talent and creativity, leaving the audience spellbound.
High school students brought mythology to life with their stunning performance of Dashavatara.
KG and Lower Primary students enchanted us with Disney World and Life’s Five Elements, celebrating creativity and wonder.

Field trips are a great way to learn outside the classroom and create lifelong memories
Our school management had organized a field trip for the students from Pre- KG to Grade -5 to Planet Earth aquarium. Children were accompanied by their respective class teachers.
Our school management had arranged buses for transportation for us. We started at
9.15 am from the school premises and reached the aquarium at 10.00 am.
With enthusiasm children explored the place with their teachers.
Discussed aquarium etiquette with students.
Children explored the place and saw different types of fishes, feathers, shells and art.
After seeing the fishes they also had a pet show for children. The staffs of the aquarium explained about different types of pets and their food habits and they also allowed the children to touch and feel some pet animals.
Children touched the Guinea pigs, parrot, rabbit etc. They also saw birds, hedgehog, python and anaconda.
Later, children had their snacks and visited the farm. They saw Brahmin cows, ducks, swans, emu, parrots, cats, dogs, hens and few more animals.
Children enjoyed playing with their friends in the play area and had a good time.
While returning children gave thank you cards to the staff of Planet Earth aquarium and left there at 1.00 pm and reached the school at 1.30 pm.
Exploring the Planet Earth aquarium with children was a wonderful experience, fostering their curiosity, learning new things and had a quality time with the children.

Field trip to milk dairy was arranged for Grade-5 students.
A field trip to a milk dairy was an educational and fascinating experience for students.
Children experienced the whole process of milk processing to dispatch. It was a educational field trip to the students.

Education is the manifestation of character existing in man. School is a place which helps with the overall development of a child. In school the child learns through many phases. They are engaged with
Co-curricular and extra – curricular activities. Visiting places from school is not only fun but also educational. Going on a field trip help the students to learn practically and on the spot rather than imagining how it would be. Field trip is a component of the academic program because they give students the chance to learn outside the classroom and get useful practical experience.
There is a proverb that goes, “I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I comprehend”, it refers to the idea that seeing something being done in a certain location helps people remember it better.
We at Ideal Jawa Rotary School organized field trip for grade 6 to grade 10 to different places.
Children learnt about organic farming and why it is necessary. They also learnt that how farming can be done with natural pesticides and fertilizer.
Next they were taken to a cowshed and they were taught about the difference between organic and inorganic food and also they were taught on how biogas is prepared using cow dung.
Enjoying the paneer bath for lunch concluded the day’s visit to the Oxygen Acres.
Children learnt the whole process of how silk is extracted from silk worm. They also learnt the growing market for plant – based integration (according to the info given) is expected to expand to $120 billion by 2029.
Children were taught how single moth lays 100 eggs; each egg takes 10 days to hatch and the average weight of the eggs. Full process how silk is formed was explained and shown in practical.
Children enjoyed the visit to the mulberry garden there.
Children visited the temple and then they were taken to a farm. There they learnt about the different plants grown there. They learnt about medicinal plants, types of vermi – compost, organic and inorganic fertilizers, dragon fruit, and how plants are grown from the seed.
Children visited the area of pot making. It was a wonderful experience to see the artist way of making pots of different shapes. Next they visited cowshed where Jersey and Indian cows are bred.
They saw how Rudrakshi is formed. Next, they learnt how vibhuthi is prepared and its medicinal use. Then children visited Suttur Matha the most prominent spiritual centres of India. It was very peaceful and calm. Children saw garden enriched with greenery, flowers and organically grown vegetables.
Children enjoyed lunch at the Matha.
Children visited Escape Adda situated in Rampura, Mysore. They were divided into 4 groups for a bullock cart ride. Children enjoyed it very much. Then they visited the place where Kapila river flows.
Next they visited a farm house where they saw the real life implementation of drip irrigation system. Children learnt about non-chemical farming and its benefits. They were introduced to a new species of plant Gliricidia which was leguminous plant. Children were given few books related to non – chemical farming.
Children enjoyed having guavas at the farm house. Through this field trip children learnt importance of agriculture in their daily life.
Students embarked on a field trip to Mahaveer Plastic Industry and Bramhadeva Aluminium Industry located in Bannimantap.
First they visited Mahaveer Plastic Industry. There they learnt how plastic is recycled. They saw how plastic is melted and drawn into hollow straw to make plastic mats.
Next they visited Bramhadeva Aluminium Industry and learnt how old aluminium utensils/objects were melted to pour into moulds to make new aluminium blocks which were rolled into thin sheets, then new utensils were made by using a hydraulic press or by manual tools.
Through this field trip students understood about the hardships of life. Juice and biscuit were given to all children.
Our students showcased exceptional talent and determination at the Carmel Catholic Association Lunar’s Pazzo Chess Tournament 2024, held on 20th October, at Christ School. This annual chess event brought together young minds from various schools, each competing with strategy and skill. We are proud to announce the students from our school who received consolation prizes for their commendable performance in this competitive tournament.
Each of these students demonstrated strategic thinking, patience, and a strong understanding of the game. Their dedication and sportsmanship were truly inspiring. This experience not only honed their chess skills but also taught them valuable lessons in perseverance and resilience.
On November 1st 2024, a vibrant Kannada Rajyotsava was celebrated with grandeur, highlighting the rich heritage of Karnataka, known as the land of sandalwood, sculptures, and lush green hills. This 70th Karnataka Rajyotsava was marked by joy, pride, and a strong sense of cultural identity.
The celebration began with Chairman Rtn. Chetan Vishwanath, Hon. Secretary Rtn Ramachandra Raje Urs, and Principal Mrs. Shilpa Prashanth hoisting the national flag while the national anthem played, followed by the hoisting of the Karnataka state flag accompanied by the state anthem. A floral tribute was then offered to the portrait of Kannada Bhuvaneshwari, symbolizing the start of the event.
During the event, students and staff were reminded of the 2,000-year legacy of the Kannada language, from the earliest inscription at Halmidi during the Kadamba period to the “Kavirajamarga” of the Rashtrakutas. Kannada, nurtured by poets like Ranna and Pampa, has evolved from ancient to modern forms, and is recognized as one of the 18 constitutionally listed languages, with eight Jnanapeeta Awards, making it a rich and distinguished language.
The celebration included group songs and dances reflecting the spirit of Kannada Rajyotsava. Before concluding the program, greetings were extended to the teachers, school management, students, and all guests present, followed by the distribution of sweets to the children.
This Kannada Rajyotsava celebration reminded us of our cultural pride and unity, instilling in each of us a renewed love for our state and language.
Ideal Jawa Rotary School celebrated Sports Day for Grades 1 to 4 on Saturday, October 26, 2024. The event was filled with energy as young students eagerly participated in various races and activities, winning medals and prizes along the way. The goal was for everyone to have fun and enjoy the spirit of sports.
The day started with a warm welcome by Tanishka, followed by the Chief Guest, Mr. Prajwal Dev, officially opening the Sports Meet. Club leaders and house leaders led an organized and vibrant march past, demonstrating teamwork and school pride. Mr. Nagesh guided the Chief Guest, Mr Nanjunda URS and other dignitaries to the flag platform, where they kicked off the day’s events.
Students showed great excitement and creativity in fancy dress races, and winners were awarded prizes. They also performed a lively drill, which impressed everyone. Mr. Prajwal Dev praised the students for their efforts and encouraged them to continue enjoying sports.
Parents joined in for some fun races too, winning prizes and adding to the day’s joy. Subramanya Sir delivered the Presidential Address, and Mr. John Christy wrapped up the event with a vote of thanks to everyone involved. The day concluded with the National Anthem.
On Saturday 09/09/2023 at 9:30am, our Principal Ms. Shilpa Prashanth inaugurated the Mamma’s Pakao in UKG-R1 & R2 in our School premises. Cooking without Fire activity was conducted for the mammas of our UKG students. 20 parents participated with full enthusiasm.
The mammas were ready with chef cap, apron, hand gloves, and with the twinning colours. The dishes were colourful, yummy, healthy, and taste-wise it was very delicious.
Our Hon.Secretary Rtn. Chetan Vishwanath and our beloved Principal came around the classes, then tasted and appreciated the parents for their hardwork.
Last but not the least, the mammas along with the child took selfies. The parents also went around the other classes, and tasted the variety of food items.
The mammas were appreciated with a Certificate and the winner’s Trophy.

Republic Day
We celebrated 75th Republic Day in our School premises on 26th January 2024. To witness the programme, we had with us Rtn. Venkatesh, Secretary- Rotary Mysore. Our Chairman Rtn. MCS Manohara, Hon.Secretary, Rtn. Chetan Vishwanath, our Principal Ms. Shilpa Prashanth, Staff and Students were present.
Rtn. Venkatesh unfurled the National Flag. A short cultural programme was organized. Patriotic Songs by choir group, Dance was performed by the students. Students of NCC, Scouts & Guides, and Cubs & Bulbuls participated in the March past to show respect to the Country.

LPS ANNUAL SPORT MEET 2023-24
Ideal Jawa Rotary School conducted LPS Annual day sports meet on 9th September 2023 Saturday.
Mr. R Nagaraj, Tennis Coach and an Administrative officer in Income Tax Department presided the function as our chief guest along with him our Honarary secretary Rtn Mr. Chetan Vishwanath and our beloved principal Mrs Shilpa Prashanth witness the programme.
On this occasion students of grade 1 to 4 actively participated in various events like Torch parade, Marchpast, fancy race and drill.
We also conducted sports for our energetic parents which they enjoyed with full enthusiaism. We had a prize distribution for all winners of the events. The programme concluded successfully.
Report on the visit to oxygen acres
An Educational trip was arranged to the students of Grade 8 on 9th of September to oxygen acres. Students were found to be very curious to acquire knowledge. There students learnt about Dairy farming, separation of fat from milk and processing of milk to different products. Lunch was offered after which we departed back to school.
It was the most exciting day for 9th R3 students on the 9th of September, 2023; that took place under the observation of the principal, CTs and CCTs, and Management Staff and the in-charge teachers… which brought in a learning opportunity to the students, through a Visit to The Silk-Factory.
Various knowledge was provided by the staff of the silk factory, on how the silk is extracted, the types of silk-worms used, the different types of qualities, and the input and output for a single day, the particular way in which the construction of the factory had taken place to support production of Silk, the cost and production, etc… Overall, we are thankful for the principal, and management and the staff or arranging the trip that was very exciting, and also knowledgeable too.

KG-UKG- Field Trip to Railway Museum
On Wednesday 30/08/2023 at 9:30 AM, the Kindergarten children of Ideal Jawa Rotary School, Mysore were taken to the Railway Museum in a bus, batch by batch. Children got down from the bus and moved in a line along with their teachers to see different train models that were used earlier. As teachers explained about how train will move, where the passengers sit, who help the train to move and to stop, on what the train moves, etc. Teachers helped children to know how the station looks like, the seating arrangements, people who help to carry luggage in the station, and what they are called, etc.
Finally, the class-wise group photos were taken at different places over there.
The children enjoyed the jolly ride at the Railway Museum.
Grades: l and 2 -Field Trips for the year 2023-24
A field trip for Grades: l and 2 was organised on 27th of September 2023. The students were taken to Karanji Lake. Students learned about the different types of plants like thorny plants, bamboo trees and so on, they saw birds like peacocks, swans etc .They enjoyed a lot by playing games with their friends. They were all excited and had fun.

On 26th August, our principal had organized a small trip to Shukavan for grade 3 R1, R2, R3 students.
Shukavana is very famous for Parrot Park. This place is not only famous for parrot park but also for Sri Ganapathi Sachchidanada Ashrama temple and bonsai park.
We left our school and reached the place around 10:15 am. When we entered a big and beautiful waterfall us, from there we started watching different species of parrots like Loikeets, Sun conares, Macaws, Blue eye, Cockatoo,Congo African grey parrot etc. Children enjoyed very much by seeing different kinds of birds.They were very excited when they saw different big sizes and colours of birds. Birds were making sounds in different manner. I think Parrots also enjoyed seeing our children. We thanked the manager of Shukavana by giving a thank you card. They were also very happy. Thank you Ma’am for selecting this place .
Grade 4 -Date: 26th August 2023
The objective of the trip was to get to know about the different kind of birds. The aim of the trip is to make students aware of the various species of birds. They apparently have more than 2000 birds. Our school students were excited to watch the birds. Shukavana was a great place for kids to play with birds. All the 4th Grade students enjoy a lot. They try to speak to the birds. We clicked photos and took videos. Next we visited to the temple students were eager to know about “Arka Ganapathi”. The trip ended by 12:45 Pm. It was a great experience.
Grade: 5–Field trip to Shuka vana
Shuka vana (parrot vana) is a rehabilation centre for birds in the serene premises of Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Ashram, located on Nanjanagud – Mysore Highway road.
The parrots and parakeets most of them exotic species from South America and Mexico, find perfect perches on shoulders and arms and tops of heads and once done with their fruit treat, fly back to their enclosures.
Lorikeets, Sun conures and Quaker Parrots Macaws and Cockatoos and eclectus among 468 species of birds fly around. The 60 foot tall free flight aviary, once in a while swooping down for a peck at foods brought in by visitors.
Students enjoyed a lot and had fun.
Report on a visit to the “Regional Museum of Natural History”
Visits are always beautiful and fill a person’s mind with joy and enthusiasm. But if that visit is educational, learning based, that provides us invaluable knowledge as well.
Our visit to the museum was illuminating.
The museum had a beautiful entrance with a collection of local trees and plants used in Ayurvedic medicine. The students were welcomed with pictures of them being clicked at the selfie booth and they were sent to the mini theatre to witness the beauty of Karnataka.
The museum was divided in various sections, with one section that had a special emphasis on the Western Ghats which exhibited the biodiversity of the southern region of India. The next section was about the tropical rain forests followed by the section showcasing the significance of wetlands and mangrove forests. The last section had a discovery centre consisting of a vivarium and mini weather station.

A field trip to Oil Extraction plant Mysore, had been organized for grade 7th standard on the 9th of September 2023.
Students wore their regular uniform. They reported to school at 9 am.
In plant , the Director and other dignitaries were present. They began the programme with an invocation by Meghana.
They addressed the students by giving more information about the plant.
Different oil seeds were shown. They served some snacks to students. Student enjoyed. Learnt about the plant.

Nearly 1150 players from various ICSE,CBSE and State Board Schools of Mysore city had enthusiastically participated.

Doctors Day celebrates the doctors and healthcare workers who have
been serving the people by risking their lives. In order to salute the never-ending sprit of our health care providers who have turned POSSIBILITIES into MIRACLE, Ideal Jawa Rotary School celebrated Doctors Day. The day was celebrated to create awareness among the students about the invaluable contribution of doctors towards serving mankind with a warm welcome from our little wonder
Bandhavi of UKG and a Role play to express gratitude towards all the doctors. Renowned Neuro specialists Dr. Suhas Murali, Dr. Mohammed Ataulla Shariff and Dr. Adeeb Mohammed Hussain led the program towards a great success. We thank all the Doctors who are serving the nation. There are many sacrifices and lots of hard works to go into becoming a successful Doctor. We the family of IJRS wish a very good luck to all the Doctors across the globe.

ELECTION REPORT-2023-24
Student Council Elections were held at Ideal Jawa Rotary School School on 17th July 2023 and 24th July 2023. The council election was a two-day process. The students from class 10 and 9 filed their nomination for various positions. The students first began campaigning for their respective posts on 10th June. The contenders for the various coveted positions read out their manifestos in the assembly and made attractive posters to convince the students that they are the right choice for the position. The final stage of the process was the casting of votes by the students. More than 600 students cast their vote.
These elections provided an opportunity to the students to witness and exercise their fundamental right to vote. The entire polling process was in all respects a democratic process. Students exercised their right to franchise by choosing the candidates of their choice. After the toiling of two days of campaigning and casting of votes, the much-awaited results of Ideal Jawa Rotary School Student Council Elections 2023-24 are as follows:-
The different interaction session conducted by Ms. Vedapradha were under the theme TRANSFORMATION titled as ‘CUTE GIRLS’ on 12th and 17th of June, 2023- which focussed on girls of classes 5th till 10th to create an awareness and to protect the child from sexual abuse, helped in preparing and also how to handle the natural biological changes and not to panic about them, guidance to maintain cleanliness which helps keep them healthy and productive in future, guiding the young minds towards the proper usage of toilets and how they are blocked due to dumping of pads and finally about Food intake and thoughts intake for proper health development, all these were brilliantly put across through activities; namely ‘Free minds and the Loaded minds’ and also based on ‘pad disposal’.
This is a summary of session conducted by Ms. Vedapradha were under the theme TRANSFORMATION titled as ‘POSITIVE PARENTING’ session focussed mainly towards 9th and 10th Parents on 15th of July, 2023- which focussed on how, if a child is given proper environment and guidance- the child can bloom to its fullest Potential. The Positive Parenting Program included talks and interactions about how Self-care can make individuals more Productive Physically and Mentally which can result in better Parenting. Better Parenting helps the child to bloom to its fullest Potential, how anger can damage health, relationships, words, peace and Prosperity and why Anger management is very necessary to help the child Progress. How Communication skills have a greater impact on Parent child relationships that was focussed on the thoughts- “Words have the power to heal and hurt” so it’s important to work on parents’ words and “Connect to correct” through words. How Understanding between ‘Couple Wrestling’ activity can impact a child’s mentality and focus. And these were portrayed brilliantly through activities on Parenting Techniques. Finally, about Identification and Recognising with appreciation of the good qualities in children, And Meditation as the base to a Powerful mind and visualization.

Report on Independence Day
We celebrated 77th Independence Day in our school premises on 15th August 2023. To witness the program, we had with us our chief guest Arun Belwadi, Colonel Ravi Shirahatti, Smt Bhavani L.J Senior Civil Judge CMJ Koppal, our chairman Rtn MC Manohara, Honorary Secretary Rtn. Chetan Vishwanath, our beloved principal Smt. Shilpa Prashant, teachers and students from grade 1 to 10 were present.
Rtn. Arun Belwadi, president Rotary Mysore hoisted the flag, many cultural programs were conducted like patriotic songs, dance, skit and poem. We had a parade of school parliamentary leaders, NCC cadets and scouts and guides to show respect to the country. Students participated in all the programs.
We also conducted craft activities from grade 1 to 10 all the students enjoyed doing activities. This day is one of the memorable day of this academic year.
On 12/08/ 2023 Pratibha Kanji and Kalotsava was organized at Ideal Java Rotary School. The program started around 10:30 am Mrs. Pramila Bharat, Member of Mysore Municipal Corporation, C.N. Raju, Field Education Officer of Mysore District South Zone, BRCs of Mysore District South Zone M. B. Srikanth Swamy, Rotarian MCS Manohar, President of Ideal Java Rotary School and Mrs. Shilpa Prashant, Principal of Ideal Java Rotary School were present. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp and all the participants were welcomed by Mrs. Veena. South zone BRCs Mr. Srikanth Swamy and Field Education Officers CN Raju made introductory remarks about the program. Mr. Ankesh, BRPs of Southern Zone of Mysore District, greeted everyone. About 1200 students from 52 schools participated in Pratibha Kanji. The program was further enthralled by contestants in disguise, folk dance, mimicry, Bharatanatyam. Lunch was arranged for the students who participated in the competition and the teachers who accompanied the students. The winners of the competition were given certificates and prizes, and mementos were presented to the respective schools. ದಿನಾಂಕ 16-11-2023 ರಂದು ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಐಡಿಯಲ್ ಜಾವಾ ರೋಟರಿ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಈ ದಿನ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಾ-ರ್ಥನಾ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 6ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಆರ್ ಒನ್ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಚ್ಚೇವು ಕನ್ನಡದ ದೀಪ ಹಾಡಿಗೆ ನೃತ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಮತ್ತು ಆರನೇ ತರಗತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ ,ನೆಲ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟ ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಹಾಡಿದರು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಯಾರೆ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದಂತಹ ಕನ್ನಡ ಬಾವುಟವನ್ನು ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ಹಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಏಕೀಕರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು
On November 15th Children’s day was celebrated with lot of enthusiasm and zeal by the students and teachers.
Teachers wished and welcomed students with a rose and cards and made the occasion memorable for the children with special assembly and exciting performances.
The children enjoyed melodious group song followed by colorful dance, humorous skits, vibrant fashion show and advertisements in between each event.
Various indoor games were organised.
Children relished popcorn and Cotton candy while watching a movie in their respective classes.
Students of grade 9 and 10 greatly enjoyed playing Volleyball and throw ball with the teachers.
The whole day campus was buzzing with excitement and joy as it was a day wherein fun and frolic dominated.
On December 21, 2024, Ideal Jawa Rotary School celebrated its much-awaited Annual Day, Euphoria, at Kalamandir. The event was a spectacular showcase of talent and creativity, leaving the audience spellbound.
High school students brought mythology to life with their stunning performance of Dashavatara.
KG and Lower Primary students enchanted us with Disney World and Life’s Five Elements, celebrating creativity and wonder.

Field trips are a great way to learn outside the classroom and create lifelong memories
Our school management had organized a field trip for the students from Pre- KG to Grade -5 to Planet Earth aquarium. Children were accompanied by their respective class teachers.
Our school management had arranged buses for transportation for us. We started at
9.15 am from the school premises and reached the aquarium at 10.00 am.
With enthusiasm children explored the place with their teachers.
Discussed aquarium etiquette with students.
Children explored the place and saw different types of fishes, feathers, shells and art.
After seeing the fishes they also had a pet show for children. The staffs of the aquarium explained about different types of pets and their food habits and they also allowed the children to touch and feel some pet animals.
Children touched the Guinea pigs, parrot, rabbit etc. They also saw birds, hedgehog, python and anaconda.
Later, children had their snacks and visited the farm. They saw Brahmin cows, ducks, swans, emu, parrots, cats, dogs, hens and few more animals.
Children enjoyed playing with their friends in the play area and had a good time.
While returning children gave thank you cards to the staff of Planet Earth aquarium and left there at 1.00 pm and reached the school at 1.30 pm.
Exploring the Planet Earth aquarium with children was a wonderful experience, fostering their curiosity, learning new things and had a quality time with the children.
Children had a great time by visiting the Planet Earth aquarium.
Field trip to milk dairy was arranged for Grade-5 students.
A field trip to a milk dairy was an educational and fascinating experience for students.
Children experienced the whole process of milk processing to dispatch. It was a educational field trip to the students.

Education is the manifestation of character existing in man. School is a place which helps with the overall development of a child. In school the child learns through many phases. They are engaged with
Co-curricular and extra – curricular activities. Visiting places from school is not only fun but also educational. Going on a field trip help the students to learn practically and on the spot rather than imagining how it would be. Field trip is a component of the academic program because they give students the chance to learn outside the classroom and get useful practical experience.
There is a proverb that goes, “I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I comprehend”, it refers to the idea that seeing something being done in a certain location helps people remember it better.
We at Ideal Jawa Rotary School organized field trip for grade 6 to grade 10 to different places.
Children learnt about organic farming and why it is necessary. They also learnt that how farming can be done with natural pesticides and fertilizer.
Next they were taken to a cowshed and they were taught about the difference between organic and inorganic food and also they were taught on how biogas is prepared using cow dung.
Enjoying the paneer bath for lunch concluded the day’s visit to the Oxygen Acres.
Children learnt the whole process of how silk is extracted from silk worm. They also learnt the growing market for plant – based integration (according to the info given) is expected to expand to $120 billion by 2029.
Children were taught how single moth lays 100 eggs; each egg takes 10 days to hatch and the average weight of the eggs. Full process how silk is formed was explained and shown in practical.
Children enjoyed the visit to the mulberry garden there.
Children visited the temple and then they were taken to a farm. There they learnt about the different plants grown there. They learnt about medicinal plants, types of vermi – compost, organic and inorganic fertilizers, dragon fruit, and how plants are grown from the seed.
Children visited the area of pot making. It was a wonderful experience to see the artist way of making pots of different shapes. Next they visited cowshed where Jersey and Indian cows are bred.
They saw how Rudrakshi is formed. Next, they learnt how vibhuthi is prepared and its medicinal use. Then children visited Suttur Matha the most prominent spiritual centres of India. It was very peaceful and calm. Children saw garden enriched with greenery, flowers and organically grown vegetables.
Children enjoyed lunch at the Matha.
Children visited Escape Adda situated in Rampura, Mysore. They were divided into 4 groups for a bullock cart ride. Children enjoyed it very much. Then they visited the place where Kapila river flows.
Next they visited a farm house where they saw the real life implementation of drip irrigation system. Children learnt about non-chemical farming and its benefits. They were introduced to a new species of plant Gliricidia which was leguminous plant. Children were given few books related to non – chemical farming.
Children enjoyed having guavas at the farm house. Through this field trip children learnt importance of agriculture in their daily life.
Students embarked on a field trip to Mahaveer Plastic Industry and Bramhadeva Aluminium Industry located in Bannimantap.
First they visited Mahaveer Plastic Industry. There they learnt how plastic is recycled. They saw how plastic is melted and drawn into hollow straw to make plastic mats.
Next they visited Bramhadeva Aluminium Industry and learnt how old aluminium utensils/objects were melted to pour into moulds to make new aluminium blocks which were rolled into thin sheets, then new utensils were made by using a hydraulic press or by manual tools.
Through this field trip students understood about the hardships of life. Juice and biscuit were given to all children.
Our students showcased exceptional talent and determination at the Carmel Catholic Association Lunar’s Pazzo Chess Tournament 2024, held on 20th October, at Christ School. This annual chess event brought together young minds from various schools, each competing with strategy and skill. We are proud to announce the students from our school who received consolation prizes for their commendable performance in this competitive tournament.
Each of these students demonstrated strategic thinking, patience, and a strong understanding of the game. Their dedication and sportsmanship were truly inspiring. This experience not only honed their chess skills but also taught them valuable lessons in perseverance and resilience.
On November 1st 2024, a vibrant Kannada Rajyotsava was celebrated with grandeur, highlighting the rich heritage of Karnataka, known as the land of sandalwood, sculptures, and lush green hills. This 70th Karnataka Rajyotsava was marked by joy, pride, and a strong sense of cultural identity.
The celebration began with Chairman Rtn. Chetan Vishwanath, Hon. Secretary Rtn Ramachandra Raje Urs, and Principal Mrs. Shilpa Prashanth hoisting the national flag while the national anthem played, followed by the hoisting of the Karnataka state flag accompanied by the state anthem. A floral tribute was then offered to the portrait of Kannada Bhuvaneshwari, symbolizing the start of the event.
During the event, students and staff were reminded of the 2,000-year legacy of the Kannada language, from the earliest inscription at Halmidi during the Kadamba period to the “Kavirajamarga” of the Rashtrakutas. Kannada, nurtured by poets like Ranna and Pampa, has evolved from ancient to modern forms, and is recognized as one of the 18 constitutionally listed languages, with eight Jnanapeeta Awards, making it a rich and distinguished language.
The celebration included group songs and dances reflecting the spirit of Kannada Rajyotsava. Before concluding the program, greetings were extended to the teachers, school management, students, and all guests present, followed by the distribution of sweets to the children.
This Kannada Rajyotsava celebration reminded us of our cultural pride and unity, instilling in each of us a renewed love for our state and language.
On Saturday 09/09/2023 at 9:30am, our Principal Ms. Shilpa Prashanth inaugurated the Mamma’s Pakao in UKG-R1 & R2 in our School premises. Cooking without Fire activity was conducted for the mammas of our UKG students. 20 parents participated with full enthusiasm.
The mammas were ready with chef cap, apron, hand gloves, and with the twinning colours. The dishes were colourful, yummy, healthy, and taste-wise it was very delicious.
Our Hon.Secretary Rtn. Chetan Vishwanath and our beloved Principal came around the classes, then tasted and appreciated the parents for their hardwork.
Last but not the least, the mammas along with the child took selfies. The parents also went around the other classes, and tasted the variety of food items.
The mammas were appreciated with a Certificate and the winner’s Trophy.

Republic Day
We celebrated 75th Republic Day in our School premises on 26th January 2024. To witness the programme, we had with us Rtn. Venkatesh, Secretary- Rotary Mysore. Our Chairman Rtn. MCS Manohara, Hon.Secretary, Rtn. Chetan Vishwanath, our Principal Ms. Shilpa Prashanth, Staff and Students were present.
Rtn. Venkatesh unfurled the National Flag. A short cultural programme was organized. Patriotic Songs by choir group, Dance was performed by the students. Students of NCC, Scouts & Guides, and Cubs & Bulbuls participated in the March past to show respect to the Country.

LPS ANNUAL SPORT MEET 2023-24
Ideal Jawa Rotary School conducted LPS Annual day sports meet on 9th September 2023 Saturday.
Mr. R Nagaraj, Tennis Coach and an Administrative officer in Income Tax Department presided the function as our chief guest along with him our Honarary secretary Rtn Mr. Chetan Vishwanath and our beloved principal Mrs Shilpa Prashanth witness the programme.
On this occasion students of grade 1 to 4 actively participated in various events like Torch parade, Marchpast, fancy race and drill.
We also conducted sports for our energetic parents which they enjoyed with full enthusiaism. We had a prize distribution for all winners of the events. The programme concluded successfully.
Report on the visit to oxygen acres
An Educational trip was arranged to the students of Grade 8 on 9th of September to oxygen acres. Students were found to be very curious to acquire knowledge. There students learnt about Dairy farming, separation of fat from milk and processing of milk to different products. Lunch was offered after which we departed back to school.
It was the most exciting day for 9th R3 students on the 9th of September, 2023; that took place under the observation of the principal, CTs and CCTs, and Management Staff and the in-charge teachers… which brought in a learning opportunity to the students, through a Visit to The Silk-Factory.
Various knowledge was provided by the staff of the silk factory, on how the silk is extracted, the types of silk-worms used, the different types of qualities, and the input and output for a single day, the particular way in which the construction of the factory had taken place to support production of Silk, the cost and production, etc… Overall, we are thankful for the principal, and management and the staff or arranging the trip that was very exciting, and also knowledgeable too.

KG-UKG- Field Trip to Railway Museum
On Wednesday 30/08/2023 at 9:30 AM, the Kindergarten children of Ideal Jawa Rotary School, Mysore were taken to the Railway Museum in a bus, batch by batch. Children got down from the bus and moved in a line along with their teachers to see different train models that were used earlier. As teachers explained about how train will move, where the passengers sit, who help the train to move and to stop, on what the train moves, etc. Teachers helped children to know how the station looks like, the seating arrangements, people who help to carry luggage in the station, and what they are called, etc.
Finally, the class-wise group photos were taken at different places over there.
The children enjoyed the jolly ride at the Railway Museum.
Grades: l and 2 -Field Trips for the year 2023-24
A field trip for Grades: l and 2 was organised on 27th of September 2023. The students were taken to Karanji Lake. Students learned about the different types of plants like thorny plants, bamboo trees and so on, they saw birds like peacocks, swans etc .They enjoyed a lot by playing games with their friends. They were all excited and had fun.

On 26th August, our principal had organized a small trip to Shukavan for grade 3 R1, R2, R3 students.
Shukavana is very famous for Parrot Park. This place is not only famous for parrot park but also for Sri Ganapathi Sachchidanada Ashrama temple and bonsai park.
We left our school and reached the place around 10:15 am. When we entered a big and beautiful waterfall us, from there we started watching different species of parrots like Loikeets, Sun conares, Macaws, Blue eye, Cockatoo,Congo African grey parrot etc. Children enjoyed very much by seeing different kinds of birds.They were very excited when they saw different big sizes and colours of birds. Birds were making sounds in different manner. I think Parrots also enjoyed seeing our children. We thanked the manager of Shukavana by giving a thank you card. They were also very happy. Thank you Ma’am for selecting this place .
Grade 4 -Date: 26th August 2023
The objective of the trip was to get to know about the different kind of birds. The aim of the trip is to make students aware of the various species of birds. They apparently have more than 2000 birds. Our school students were excited to watch the birds. Shukavana was a great place for kids to play with birds. All the 4th Grade students enjoy a lot. They try to speak to the birds. We clicked photos and took videos. Next we visited to the temple students were eager to know about “Arka Ganapathi”. The trip ended by 12:45 Pm. It was a great experience.
Grade: 5–Field trip to Shuka vana
Shuka vana (parrot vana) is a rehabilation centre for birds in the serene premises of Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Ashram, located on Nanjanagud – Mysore Highway road.
The parrots and parakeets most of them exotic species from South America and Mexico, find perfect perches on shoulders and arms and tops of heads and once done with their fruit treat, fly back to their enclosures.
Lorikeets, Sun conures and Quaker Parrots Macaws and Cockatoos and eclectus among 468 species of birds fly around. The 60 foot tall free flight aviary, once in a while swooping down for a peck at foods brought in by visitors.
Students enjoyed a lot and had fun.
Report on a visit to the “Regional Museum of Natural History”
Visits are always beautiful and fill a person’s mind with joy and enthusiasm. But if that visit is educational, learning based, that provides us invaluable knowledge as well.
Our visit to the museum was illuminating.
The museum had a beautiful entrance with a collection of local trees and plants used in Ayurvedic medicine. The students were welcomed with pictures of them being clicked at the selfie booth and they were sent to the mini theatre to witness the beauty of Karnataka.
The museum was divided in various sections, with one section that had a special emphasis on the Western Ghats which exhibited the biodiversity of the southern region of India. The next section was about the tropical rain forests followed by the section showcasing the significance of wetlands and mangrove forests. The last section had a discovery centre consisting of a vivarium and mini weather station.

A field trip to Oil Extraction plant Mysore, had been organized for grade 7th standard on the 9th of September 2023.
Students wore their regular uniform. They reported to school at 9 am.
In plant , the Director and other dignitaries were present. They began the programme with an invocation by Meghana.
They addressed the students by giving more information about the plant.
Different oil seeds were shown. They served some snacks to students. Student enjoyed. Learnt about the plant.
Ideal Jawa Rotary School had organised 36th F.K.Irani Kho Kho and Volleyball Tournament on 12th and 13th January 2024 at Maharaja College Sports Ground.
Nearly 1150 players from various ICSE,CBSE and State Board Schools of Mysore city had enthusiastically participated.
The chairman Rtn. MCS Manohara inaugurated the tournament.
Secretary Rtn.Chethan Vishwanath , GC Member Rtn. Ramachandra Raje Urs and Principal Mrs. Shilpa Prashanth were present. Sumptuous meal was also provided for the participants.
Ideal Jawa Rotary School had organized an Orientation Program in the month of May 2023 for parents from Pre KG to grade 10 for the academic year 2023-24 in different sessions. Our students took an active role to be the panelist to brief the parents about the new school timings, rules and regulations, attire, birthday celebrations and discipline in the school campus. Our Principal Ms. Shilpa Prashanth interacted with the parents and cleared all their doubts.
On 05.06.2023 Ideal Jawa Rotary School commemorated World Environment day in the school premises. There were many activities conducted in school which had the complete involvement of the students.
The preparation was started prior to the celebration day. Three activities were conducted, grades 1 and 2 planted seed, grades 3 to 7 made seed balls and grades 8 and 9 watered the plants in school.
On this occasion, the IJRS family adopted a python snake.
On the account of International Yoga Day – 2023,
Different yoga sessions were conducted for the parents, students and the staff members of IDEAL JAWA ROTARY SCHOOL, JLB road, Mysore.
Online session was conducted for the parents from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. through Google meet.
More than 1550 Students of all the grades performed different asanas in the school premises.
The teaching and non-teaching staff members also performed yoga at school.
The echoes of applause are still ringing in the ground of Ideal Jawa Rotary School after a momentous Investiture Ceremony that marked the dawn of leadership for 2023-24.
A new chapter was etched into the school’s legacy as we inaugurated our newly elected Student Council Leaders, the young torchbearers who will illuminate our path forward.
Crimson like a Ruby, as resilient as an Emerald, bright like a Topaz, and strong as a Sapphire; each of our four vibrant houses stood tall as they cheered for their respective Captains and Vice Captains. The mantle of leadership was symbolically passed onto them, badge by shining badge, setting the tone for a year of triumphs and learning.
Amidst the sea of our school’s vibrant house colors, we also made a point to celebrate academic excellence. The SSLC Toppers for the academic year 2022-23 were honored for their stellar performance, a testament to the potent blend of determination and hard work. Their success is a beacon that guides the footsteps of their peers towards the pinnacle of achievement.

The ceremony was graced by our esteemed Chief Guest Rtn Manohar MCS, Hon. Secretary Chetan Vishwanath, GC Members Rtn. Raian F Irani, Prof. Jacob Chandy, Principal Mrs. Shilpa Prashanth, staff and students whose presence added to the grandeur of the occasion.
Our unity was visible in every student, donned in their house color uniforms, each one a vital thread in the rich tapestry of our school community. Commemorating the remarkable legacy of our late founder, Shiela F. Irani, on her 101st birth anniversary, we at Ideal Jawa Rotary School celebrated our Founder’s Day with profound respect and gratitude. We were honoured to have the esteemed presence of our chairman RTN. Manohara MCS, honorary secretary RTN. Chetan Vishwanath, Hon. Treasurer Rtn Ebby Eapen, School Principal Shilpa Prashanth, RTN. Ramachandra Raje Urs, and Prof. Jacob Chandy to inaugurate the ceremony.
In addition to this, we took the time to celebrate the illustrious careers of Ms. Geetha Raj & Belinda as they retire, leaving behind an indelible impact on the school’s legacy.
On this significant occasion, we proudly launched our new school website, a testament to our commitment towards integrating technology with education.

Doctors Day celebrates the doctors and healthcare workers who have
been serving the people by risking their lives. In order to salute the never-ending sprit of our health care providers who have turned POSSIBILITIES into MIRACLE, Ideal Jawa Rotary School celebrated Doctors Day. The day was celebrated to create awareness among the students about the invaluable contribution of doctors towards serving mankind with a warm welcome from our little wonder
Bandhavi of UKG and a Role play to express gratitude towards all the doctors. Renowned Neuro specialists Dr. Suhas Murali, Dr. Mohammed Ataulla Shariff and Dr. Adeeb Mohammed Hussain led the program towards a great success. We thank all the Doctors who are serving the nation. There are many sacrifices and lots of hard works to go into becoming a successful Doctor. We the family of IJRS wish a very good luck to all the Doctors across the globe.

ELECTION REPORT-2023-24
Student Council Elections were held at Ideal Jawa Rotary School School on 17th July 2023 and 24th July 2023. The council election was a two-day process. The students from class 10 and 9 filed their nomination for various positions. The students first began campaigning for their respective posts on 10th June. The contenders for the various coveted positions read out their manifestos in the assembly and made attractive posters to convince the students that they are the right choice for the position. The final stage of the process was the casting of votes by the students. More than 600 students cast their vote.
These elections provided an opportunity to the students to witness and exercise their fundamental right to vote. The entire polling process was in all respects a democratic process. Students exercised their right to franchise by choosing the candidates of their choice. After the toiling of two days of campaigning and casting of votes, the much-awaited results of Ideal Jawa Rotary School Student Council Elections 2023-24 are as follows:-
The different interaction session conducted by Ms. Vedapradha were under the theme TRANSFORMATION titled as ‘CUTE GIRLS’ on 12th and 17th of June, 2023- which focussed on girls of classes 5th till 10th to create an awareness and to protect the child from sexual abuse, helped in preparing and also how to handle the natural biological changes and not to panic about them, guidance to maintain cleanliness which helps keep them healthy and productive in future, guiding the young minds towards the proper usage of toilets and how they are blocked due to dumping of pads and finally about Food intake and thoughts intake for proper health development, all these were brilliantly put across through activities; namely ‘Free minds and the Loaded minds’ and also based on ‘pad disposal’.
This is a summary of session conducted by Ms. Vedapradha were under the theme TRANSFORMATION titled as ‘POSITIVE PARENTING’ session focussed mainly towards 9th and 10th Parents on 15th of July, 2023- which focussed on how, if a child is given proper environment and guidance- the child can bloom to its fullest Potential. The Positive Parenting Program included talks and interactions about how Self-care can make individuals more Productive Physically and Mentally which can result in better Parenting. Better Parenting helps the child to bloom to its fullest Potential, how anger can damage health, relationships, words, peace and Prosperity and why Anger management is very necessary to help the child Progress. How Communication skills have a greater impact on Parent child relationships that was focussed on the thoughts- “Words have the power to heal and hurt” so it’s important to work on parents’ words and “Connect to correct” through words. How Understanding between ‘Couple Wrestling’ activity can impact a child’s mentality and focus. And these were portrayed brilliantly through activities on Parenting Techniques. Finally, about Identification and Recognising with appreciation of the good qualities in children, And Meditation as the base to a Powerful mind and visualization.

Report on Independence Day
We celebrated 77th Independence Day in our school premises on 15th August 2023. To witness the program, we had with us our chief guest Arun Belwadi, Colonel Ravi Shirahatti, Smt Bhavani L.J Senior Civil Judge CMJ Koppal, our chairman Rtn MC Manohara, Honorary Secretary Rtn. Chetan Vishwanath, our beloved principal Smt. Shilpa Prashant, teachers and students from grade 1 to 10 were present.
Rtn. Arun Belwadi, president Rotary Mysore hoisted the flag, many cultural programs were conducted like patriotic songs, dance, skit and poem. We had a parade of school parliamentary leaders, NCC cadets and scouts and guides to show respect to the country. Students participated in all the programs.
We also conducted craft activities from grade 1 to 10 all the students enjoyed doing activities. This day is one of the memorable day of this academic year.
On 12/08/ 2023 Pratibha Kanji and Kalotsava was organized at Ideal Java Rotary School. The program started around 10:30 am Mrs. Pramila Bharat, Member of Mysore Municipal Corporation, C.N. Raju, Field Education Officer of Mysore District South Zone, BRCs of Mysore District South Zone M. B. Srikanth Swamy, Rotarian MCS Manohar, President of Ideal Java Rotary School and Mrs. Shilpa Prashant, Principal of Ideal Java Rotary School were present. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp and all the participants were welcomed by Mrs. Veena. South zone BRCs Mr. Srikanth Swamy and Field Education Officers CN Raju made introductory remarks about the program. Mr. Ankesh, BRPs of Southern Zone of Mysore District, greeted everyone. About 1200 students from 52 schools participated in Pratibha Kanji. The program was further enthralled by contestants in disguise, folk dance, mimicry, Bharatanatyam. Lunch was arranged for the students who participated in the competition and the teachers who accompanied the students. The winners of the competition were given certificates and prizes, and mementos were presented to the respective schools. ದಿನಾಂಕ 16-11-2023 ರಂದು ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಐಡಿಯಲ್ ಜಾವಾ ರೋಟರಿ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಈ ದಿನ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಾ-ರ್ಥನಾ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 6ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಆರ್ ಒನ್ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಚ್ಚೇವು ಕನ್ನಡದ ದೀಪ ಹಾಡಿಗೆ ನೃತ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಮತ್ತು ಆರನೇ ತರಗತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ ,ನೆಲ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟ ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಹಾಡಿದರು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಯಾರೆ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದಂತಹ ಕನ್ನಡ ಬಾವುಟವನ್ನು ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ಹಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಏಕೀಕರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು
On November 15th Children’s day was celebrated with lot of enthusiasm and zeal by the students and teachers.
Teachers wished and welcomed students with a rose and cards and made the occasion memorable for the children with special assembly and exciting performances.
The children enjoyed melodious group song followed by colorful dance, humorous skits, vibrant fashion show and advertisements in between each event.
Various indoor games were organised.
Children relished popcorn and Cotton candy while watching a movie in their respective classes.
Students of grade 9 and 10 greatly enjoyed playing Volleyball and throw ball with the teachers.
The whole day campus was buzzing with excitement and joy as it was a day wherein fun and frolic dominated.

Social Club Competitions at Ideal Jawa Rotary School
The Social Club organized fun and educational competitions for students on the 22nd and 23rd of November, 2024.
Fancy Dress (22-11-2024):
Kindergarten students dressed up as freedom fighters like Mahatma Gandhi, Rani Lakshmi Bai, and Bhagat Singh. Their adorable costumes and confidence stole the show.
Enact and Speak (23-11-2024):
Students from Grades 1 to 4 performed short acts and speeches about famous people and events from history. They impressed everyone with their creativity and enthusiasm.
Map Drawing (23-11-2024):
Students from Grades 5 to 9 participated in a map drawing competition. They made beautiful and accurate maps of India and its states.
These activities were a great way for students to learn, show their talents, and have fun!
